IN THE NEWS
The January 8, 2004 edition of Wine Spectator Weekly included
a rating of St. Helena Winery's 2001 Sympa Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. We
received 92 points and are ecstatic! Ratings for such limited
produced wines as ours are rare, and we are delighted to be recognized
and rated by Wine Spectator. Here's what they
said:
"Dark-colored, immense and deeply concentrated,
with tiers of blackberry, wild berry, pomegranate juice and espresso,
picking up creamy mocha and floral scents and finishing with
a firm wall of ripe tannins. A new winery from Peter and
Paulette Story; the winemaking consultant is Mark Herold of Merus.
Best from 2005 through 2012." (James Laube)
ACT FAST, THIS WINE WON'T LAST!
We have received tremendous response from our recent
placements in Wine Spectator and through word of mouth. Over 100 new 'Adopt-a-Vine'
parents in the last month alone. We only have 60 cases left of
our 2001 Sympa Reserve, and will surely sell out before our general
release in March.
If you would like to learn more about our offerings or to place
an order, please visit our website and download
our PDF order form or give me a call (707-967-WINE). I'd love to speak with
you!
FORWARD TO A FRIEND
Please, if you know someone who might enjoy our
story or would be interested in "owning" a piece of Napa Valley,
please forward this email on to him or her. We want to spread
the word about our unique offering and attract more 'parents' to
adopt-a-vine. Maybe, just maybe, someone who adopts a vine
will get inspired to one day buy a vineyard in Napa Valley, like
us!
We encourage your friends and family to sign
up for our email
newsletter, to receive updates from St. Helena Winery as to new
releases, winery events and online vine offers.
Thank you for reading.
