Winemaker Aaron Pott made this Sonoma Mountain Chardonnay with Burgundy in mind. It is fermented in French oak and aged ‘sur lie’ for 17 months prior to bottling which makes it elegant yet weighty…sophisticated yet seductive. The prevalent aromas are of jasmine, sweet pie crust and lemon meringue. On the palate, it is richly textured with peach and lemon and the finish lingers with notes of nutmeg.
