Returns & Cancellations

We take great care to ensure the safe shipment of your wine. However if your shipment has been visibly damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged, corked, or flawed. We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. 

If your wine is returned due to three missed delivery attempts by UPS/FedEx, you will be charged additional shipping fees to reship your wine order.

After initial shipment from the winery, we may be able to "re-direct" your wine to another address within the same state or a UPS/FedEx location near you for a fee of $25. Please note that delivery requires a signature by a person age 21 years or older.
