How We Use Personal and Nonpersonal Information
St. Helena Winery collects two kinds of information about our online visitors:
Nonpersonal information is collected from visitors who are accessing our public pages. This nonpersonal information is used to track such things as the number of guests visiting our site; the areas of the site visited; date and time of access; browser and operating system type used by the visitor; and host or service provider information. This traffic data is collected to better serve our online visitors. Personal information that can identify a user, such as name, address, date of birth, credit card information, and other purchase-related data, is only collected when you voluntarily offer it for the purposes set forth in this site, primarily when placing an order to purchase our products. Personal information which you provide to us is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required to administer this site, process requests by you, or as allowed and/or required by law.
Persons Under 21 Years of Age
The St. Helena Winery Web site is not directed to persons under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under the age of 21.
St. Helena Winery cannot guarantee the privacy of any communications made over the Internet.
