Coming from the Estate vineyard in St. Helena. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Sympa as a barrel sample shortly before it was due to be bottled. Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a deep garnet-purple color and needs a little coaxing to reveal wonderfully pure crème de cassis, blueberry compote and black raspberry notes with suggestions of garrigue and tobacco leaf. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has beautiful freshness with soft tannins and bags of juicy fruit, finishing with a lively lift.
