Winemaker Note:

The 2021 Sympa arises from an optimal vintage on our Estate. It was the second year of drought-like conditions in the Napa Valley leading to lower yields and concentrated small berries, packed with flavor. Dark in color, this blend of 7 clones of Cabernet, along with Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc opens with deep notes of black cherries, cocoa, fresh plum and baking spices. The supple tannins seamlessly transition to a lingering finish. Ideally enjoyed in years 2024-2048.
